With rooms right on the ocean, the beach is just steps away. St Francis Resort is located on Stocking Island, just off the coast of Exuma. You can hike, go kayaking, and explore the many beaches of Stocking Island. Enjoy the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. There are endless wonders to enjoy. Elizabeth Harbour provides many sheltered coves for sunbathing, kayaking, sailing, and snorkelling.

The Restaurant

St Francis Resort offers some of the best cuisine on the island. We offer both lunch and dinner daily from 11:30 AM. If you wish to order off of the dinner menu, be sure to reserve a table by 4:00 PM.

Not feeling too hungry? No problem! We server all the popular Bahamian drinks including our famous Goombay Smash, Bahama Mama, and our Rum Punch. Also be sure to try one of our tasty margaritas or pina coladas. Cant think of what you want? Tell Angela what you are in the mood for and she'll come up with something delicious.

Our lunch menu includes, but is not limited to: Beef, chicken, fish, and conch burgers. Shrimp and chicken caesar salads. Bird wings, conch chowder, crack conch, grouper fingers, chicken and steak wraps, pizzas, and much more.
